Recruiting Practice Director

We're seeking an experienced Clinical Operations, Discovery Biology, or Regulatory Affairs search consultant to join our team and further strengthen our presence in the industry. This senior-level position entails full desk ownership and comprehensive oversight of the recruitment process.
The Role:
Cultivating long-term partnerships with key stakeholders in the pharmaceutical sector, particularly those in Clinical Operations, Discovery Biology, or Regulatory Affairs space.
Driving business development by establishing new client relationships through strategic outreach.
Identifying top talent in the market through networking, headhunting, and other recruitment strategies.
Staying up to date on industry trends and regulatory developments to inform recruitment efforts.
Building a practice that consists of permanent placement and contract staffing.

Who We’re Looking for:
Has an established network of clients and candidates within the Clinical Operations, Discovery Biology, or Regulatory Affairs space, with a demonstrable book of business.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of success in Clinical Ops.
Strong understanding of the clinical and regulatory landscape and requirements within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sectors.
Experience sourcing and placing professionals in Clinical Operations roles, including positions in study management, site operations, data management, and clinical project management.
